Marino leads Immersive with over 20 years of experience in custom fabrication and construction across high-end residential, hospitality, and retail. He combines creative vision with operational expertise, shaping both the company’s direction and its execution. His leadership focuses on building a team and process capable of delivering complex, high-impact environments at scale.
Katherine
Project Coordinator
Katherine oversees project coordination, timelines, and execution across each build. With a background in interior architecture and nearly a decade of experience spanning renovation, design, and new construction, she ensures every detail aligns with the original vision. Known for her precision and process discipline, she plays a critical role in keeping projects on track from concept through completion.
Ricardo
Production Manager
Ricardo leads production, overseeing fabrication processes, sequencing, and efficiency across the shop. With over a decade in operations and systems management, he brings a structured, data-driven approach to complex builds. His focus on process optimization ensures every project is executed with consistency, quality, and scalability.
Mateo
Project Manager
Mateo manages project execution from planning through installation, with a focus on quality, scheduling, and client experience. He specializes in ensuring that what is designed is delivered—on time and to the highest standard.
